1 lb ground round
3 T steak sauce
2 T onion chopped
1 T Parsley, chopped
1 1/4 t salt
1 pinch nutmeg
1 c flour
1 c milk
2 egg
3 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, steak sauce, onion, parsley, 1 t salt & nutmeg. Set aside in deep bowl mix flower and remaining salt, gradually beat in milk with mixer. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes [no longer], Put margarine in a 1-1/2 qt baking dish and place in preheated 400 oven. When hot remove dish and place half of pudding batter into dish. Spoon on meat mixture. Pour in remaining batter and return to oven. Bake 35 minutes [The batter will puff up and should be served as quickly ad possible.]
