6 slices Bacon
1 ea red pepper, chopped
1 lb frozen corn
3 ea sage leaves
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1/4 t ground sage

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into pieces about 1/2 inch long and place in skillet, Start frying on very low to warm. Chop red pepper and put in skillet. Turn up heat to medium high. Saute until red pepper just starts to soften. Add frozen corn. [corn does not need to be thawed]. Add sage leaves. Stir every minute or so. Cook until peppers are soft and corn is done. Remove sage leaves and discard. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve

Note:The sage was for the Thanksgiving holiday. You could use other spices for other tastes
