1/2 cup shallots, chopped
2 cups white wine
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups chicken broth
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dill

Directions:
Directions:
cook shallots until soft. dissolve the cornstarch in 1/2 cup of the chicken broth and set aside. add wine to shallots and reduce by half. add chicken broth and reduce by half again. add cornstarch mixture, mix and add lemon juice and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. stir in dill and serve.
