Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 thick pork chops
8 large slices onion
8 slices green pepper rings
8 tablespoons regular raw rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in large casserole dish that has been lightly greased. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to pork chops. Place slice on onion on each pork chop. Place a thick cut ring of green pepper over onion and fill pepper ring with rice. Cover rice with a thick slice of tomato. Mix soup, water and brown sugar and pour carefully into bottom of dish, being careful not to disrupt the ingredients on the pork chops. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are done.
Note; Instead of the can of water, I often use a can of petite diced tomatoes. Always add a dash of Tabasco! Most of the time, I cook my rice ahead of time and place the cooked rice on the chops instead of the raw rice. That also gives you additional rice for your tomato sauce.
