1 1/2 lb round steak, cut into 4 equal portions with fat removed
1 can (15 oz) tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely sliced
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown sliced onions and add tomatoes sugar and Worcestershire sauce and green pepper. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is tender
