1 package dry yeast 1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water & 2 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. creamed cottage cheese 1 unbeaten egg
1 T. mined onion 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c, flour
2 tsp. dill seed coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water with sugar.
Warm cottage cheese to lukewarm.
Combine all but the yeast,salt and flour. Add yeast and the flour. Let rise in warm place until double, about 1 hour. Stir down. Turn into well-greased casserole or shape into a round loaf on greased cookie sheet. Let rise until light (30-40 minutes)..
Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
