1 egg white, slightly beaten
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsps cold water
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture in a buttered rimmed 13x9" pan. Bake at 250º F for 30-35 mins.
