8 oz can cream-style corn
8 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 small can evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T butter, cut in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine both corns, cracker crumbs and milk in 1 QT casserole dish. Mix well. Stir in eggs. Dot with butter. Microwave 7 mins @ 80% power or until set.

Double recipe (2Qt): Double everything except crackers (use 1-1/2 c). Microwave 12 mins @ 80% power or until set.
