1 head of cabbage chopped
1 c sugar
2 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
3 med onion, finely diced
4 stocks celery, chopped
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up vegetables in a large container. In a sauce pan heat vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour liquid over vegetables while still warm will keep weeks in the refrigerator
