3/4 c cherry juice blend
1/2 c white wine vinegar
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 c sugar substitute or sugar
1 T light Rum,
1 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
12 cherries, pitted, coarsely chopped, and drained
1 c olive oil

Blend all but oil in blender. Slowly stir in oil. Cut recipe in half to fit small carafe
