quart Ziploc freezer bag
your choice of ingredients: chopped cooked ham, onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc., hash browns, grated cheese, salsa, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Write your name with a permanent marker on the bag. Crack 2 eggs into it and shake to combine them. Add desired ingredients to bag and shake. Let air out of bag and zip it up.
Place bag into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. (You can usually cook 6 to 8 omelets in a large pan.) Take out the bag. Open it, and the omelet will roll out. Can serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake.
