Ingredients:  
2 med zucchini (about 2 medium), cut into 1-inch pieces
16 oz pasta sauce
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil in a large skillet and salute onions. When onions become soft, add zucchini and stir. Cook about 3 minutes and add pasta sauce. Stir until heated through. Serve.
*seems mozzarella cheese on the top would work well.
