l lb ground beef
1 c milk
1 medium onion, diced
1 c saltine crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
1-1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 cans beef gravy with mushrooms
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, put into a 9 x 13 or 8 x 8 pan about 1/2" thick. Score lightly into equal squares, chill, then cut into squares. Roll each square in flour and brown in hot oil, drain. Stack in oblong dish and cover with 2 cans of beef gravy/with mushrooms. Bake 1/2 hour @ 350º then reduce heat to 250º for 1 hour.
