6 c Rice Crispies
1 c Butter melted
1 Cut up chicken... or equivalent of your favorite pieces
1/4 t garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Note: I prefer using Rice Checks
Recommend marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours. [no buttermilk? than use milk with white vinegar- ratio 1 TBS to 1 cup milk

Dry chicken; Put cereal in a plastic bag and crush well. In another dish, melt the butter. Then dip each piece in butter place in the bag of crushed cereal. Shake the bag to coat each piece. Remove each piece, pressing cereal into chicken and place on a baking sheet. [A baking rack is better if you have one]
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for one hour until juice runs clear
