1 lb ground pork sausage
1/4 c flour
3 c milk (don't use skim if possible)
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Tube Pillsbury Grand flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a large skillet over med-high heat. Set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet. Reduce heat to medium, add flour and stir until mixture turns golden brown. Gradually whisk milk into skillet. When the mixture is smooth, thickened, and begins to bubble, return sausage to skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 mins.
