Pineapple jerk chicken

one whole chicken or leg quarters.
Teaspoon:
garlic powder
paprika
black pepper
crush red pepper
Onion powder
Tablespoon:
2 Tbsp- regular jerk sauce preferably Walkers Wood Brand
ketchup
barbecue sauce
pineapple juice (canned chunk pineapple )
mustard
cooking wine of your choice

Cut one whole chicken up in size of your choice or leg quarters. Wash chicken and pat dry. In a bowl put garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, crush red pepper, onion powder and regular jerk sauce preferably walkers wood. Then add ketchup, barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, mustard and some cooking wine of your choice, mix all together and put your chicken in, rub together and leave over night to marinade, leaving the pineapple chunks for the last.
Pre-heat your oven to 400° put everything in baking pan and bake at 1hr 45 mins checking regularly. When almost finished add chunk pineapple with the rest of the sauce uncover for last 20 mins or until sauce has thickened.
