1 medium head cauliflower
2 T water
½ C Miracle Whip
1 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
½ C shredded cheddar cheese


Directions:
Directions:

Place cauliflower in 1½ quart glass casserole.
Add water; cover with glass lid; microwave on high 8 or 9 minutes or until tender-crisp. Combine Mayo, onion and mustard in small bowl. Spoon sauce on top of cauliflower; sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to heat sauce and melt cheese. Let stand for 2 minutes.
