Directions:
Place hot coals under dutch oven and place canned biscuits on top of oiled lid to brown on both sides. After frying up bacon or ham slices inside oven, remove the meat and all but about 2 Tbsp. of drippings. Pour the coffee and water into the pan, scraping bottom of pan to deglaze. Bring to a boil. Replace ham or bacon and lay biscuits on top of the meat to finish baking inside oven. Serve gravy over hot biscuits with ham or bacon.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This has such a great smoky flavor that you can only get from outdoor dutch oven cooking though you can make it on the stove top and bake biscuits in the oven if you desire.
