3 oz pkg strawberry jello
1 c hot water
8 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar, divided
1 can carnation milk (COLD)
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 stick crisco
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water - set aside to cool.
Make crumb crust with graham crackers, crisco and 1/2 c sugar. Line a 9x13 pan with crumb crust (saving 1/4 c to sprinkle on the top).
Blend cream cheese and 1/2 c sugar. Whip COLD milk in large bowl 5-8 mins until it forms stiff peaks and fills the bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to whipped milk while continuing to beat. Fold in jello mixture. Spread over crust, smooth, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c cracker crumbs for decoration and refrigerate.
