3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 stick butter
1 pkg brown gravy mix or 3 tbsp bulk brown gravy mix
1 c. water
1/4 c. Negro Modelo beer
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (any size other than teeny will work)

Directions:
Directions:
~ Sautee minced garlic in butter over medium heat until soft (4-5 minutes).

~ Add gravy mix and whisk to dissolve clumps.

~ Stir in spices and sautee about 1 minute.

~ Add water and Negro Modelo. Cook about 2 minutes or until thick.

~Add shrimp and sautee until just opaque.

Makes 4 servings.

Super savory, super rich meal. Adjust cayenne to taste - I prefer just a pinch. Serve over toasted French bread, and with a green salad.
