4 lbs beef chuck roast
3 stocks celery cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 large onion chopped
1/4 cup beef broth
3 Tbs apple cider vinegar
2 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs barbecue sauce
1 Tbs French dressing
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp celery salt
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast until it is tender. Shred. In a pan sauté celery & onion in beef broth.
Add all ingredients except meat. Mix thoroughly. Simmer a few minutes and add shredded meat. Mix thoroughly heating. Serve alone or in sandwiches
