3/4 lb ham
1-3/4" pork shoulder
1 c cracker crumbs
1 c milk
2 eggs
1-3/4 t salt

Sauce:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 c vinegar
1 t mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Ham and pork shoulder - tell butcher to grind, "weigh and trim fat"
(sometimes you can find "ham loaf" mix at the store already ground up). Combine ingredients. Bake at 350* for 90 mins covered. Pour some sauce over it. With 20 mins to go, take off lid and use remaining sauce.

Grandma has made countless pounds of this and it would be considered her "legacy" dish. To feed us this family favorite, I'm sure she quadruples this recipe - at least! The kids always gobble it up. I'm not sure any of us has made it on our own yet, because we count on Grandma to make it every time we are together!
