2 pkgs English muffins - halved & quartered
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can ripe, pitted, black olives, sliced
2 bunches scallions sliced
mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Toast muffins under broiler. Mix cheese, olives & onions with enough mayo to moisten. Spread on muffins. Broil to melt cheese.

*Can be frozen, then melted under broiler to serve
