2 cartons mushrooms
1 C. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tube Bob Evans sausage
1/4 c Romano grated cheese
2 c. Monterrey jack/Colby cheese - shredded
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and de-stem mushrooms. Finely chop mushroom stems.
Mix all ingredients (including chopped mushroom stems). May be done night before. Stuff mushrooms with filling. Bake 350º 10 mins. Broil for 2-3 mins.
