3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
20 Ritz crackers (crushed firmly)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine in bowl egg whites, sugar, baking powder and vanilla and beat until very stiff.

Fold in pecans and Ritz crackers.

Bake in greased 9" pie plate for 15 minutes.

Top with Cool Whip
