2 small pkgs. raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Optional topping:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, water, pie filling, pineapple & nuts.
Pour into 9 x 11 pan. Chill until set

Mix topping ingredients & spread over jello mixture.
Chill again until set. Keeps well frozen.

Serve as salad or dessert.

For those who don't like pineapple (and you know who you are!), this recipe is probably okay without the pineapple.
