5-6 pieces of boneless chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sherry
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
paprika

Note: Double everything for a larger pan

Directions:
Mix sour cream, sherry, soup and mushrooms.

Pour over chicken in a baking pan.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 350 for 1 hour

Serve over rice.
