2 whole stalk Celery
3 lb. Onions
4 lb. Chicken and broth
3 can drained Bean Sprouts
1/2 bottle Soy Sauce
Rice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery and onions in 2 sticks of butter till they change color. Add to chopped cooked chicken and broth, and bean sprouts cook for 10 min. Add 1/2 bottle of soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Thicken with corn starch. Serve over cooked rice. Top with Chow Main Noodles if like
