2 1/2 Tsp. Mustard Seed(whole)
2 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 1/2 tsp. Hickory Smoke Salt
4 tsp. dried Green Peppers(optional)
4 tsp. dried Red Peppers(adjust ingredient to taste)
5 to 7 tsp. Morton Quick Cure Salt
2 tsp. lowerys seasoned Salt
Lemon Pepper and Red Pepper if you want
5 lb. ground Beef or Deer

Mix all ingredients together well, cover and refrigerate. Knead well every day once a day for 5 days. On the 5 day knead and roll in 4 rolls. Place on broiler tray for drainage.
Bake at 150-165º for 7 1/2 hours. It forms its own casing. Putting this in a smoker gives it a better flavor also
