1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
peanuts, crushed - for sprinkle topping

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Put nonstick spray on foil. Put down 1 layer of crackers on foil. Boil butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Slowly pour over crackers and spread with a knife. Bake at 350º for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. When chocolate is melted, spread carefully and evenly over the sugar layer. Sprinkle with peanuts. Refrigerate or freeze - break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
