1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery
1/2 soup can of water
2/3 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper
1-2 Tbs. of chopped dill pickle

Directions:
Directions:
Add beef to a medium bowl and add 1/4 cup of the soup, the egg and the bread crumbs. Salt and pepper. Mix together until combined. Using a small scoop, measure out the meatballs. Brown in some butter and oil until browned.
Add the water to the remaining soup and pour over the meatballs. Simmer and cook until the meatballs are cooked through.
Just before serving, add the dill pickle

Serve over hot egg noodles
