2 Lg. Cans of V-8 juice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1-2 zucchini, chopped
1 Lg bag (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 Bay leaves
2-4 Tbs. Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb. Crab Claw Meat (not lump)
6-8 Fresh crab claws if available

Directions:
Saute onion and celery in a little butter until translucent (approx. 10 min). Add V-8 juice and rest of the vegetables. Add seasonings. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and add the crab meat and claws if available. Heat another 10-15 minutes.
Serve with crusty bread.

Aunt Diddy was given this recipe by the owner of Macky's in the late 70's or early 80's. It is spicy and delicious and one of the best Maryland Crab soup's I have ever tasted.
