1 box devil's food cake mix (+ ingredients on box)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
3/4 C. heath toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the cake according to package directions in a 13 x 9 pan.
Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes all over the top with a wooden spoon handle.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cake. Then drizzle the condensed milk over the top of the cake. Allow the sauces to soak into the cake.
Once the cake is cooled to room temperature, "ice" the cake with the cool whip. Sprinkle with the heath bar bits.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Keep stored in the refrigerator.
