Small boneless pork roast ( 3 lbs and up)
¼ cup cider vinegar or tart cider
¼ cup chicken broth
1 tsp. Dried thyme
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Sliced onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork roast on all sides in skillet ( can be started frozen or thawed)
Place in hot (high) crockpot 5 to 6 hours or on low 10 to 12 hours
Season pork roast with herbs and up to ¼ tsp. Pepper ( salt optional)
Arrange sliced onions on top, pour combined liquids over being careful NOT to wash off herbs.

Cover and leave until about an hour before serving. Turn the pork over checking for level of doneness.
Place 1 sliced apple ( from the crock) over the meat, and surround with the remainder. Spoon liquid over the meat & apple slices.

Crockpot can be turned off and left covered, up to an hour at the end of allotted time, if remainder of the meal is not complete or guests are not ready.
Works well with potato, rice or noodles.
