7 eggs
3 cups sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 sticks (1 ½ cups) unsalted butter, Land O Lakes

3 cups, sifted cake flour (3x)
3 TBS King Arthur Cake Enhancer
½ tsp. salt
1 TBS baking powder

Mix in:
1 TBS Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Lemon extract
½ tsp. Almond extract
½ tsp. coconut extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 300 degrees. Grease and flour a tube pan.

All ingredients should be room temperature.

Cream together the eggs, sugar, cream cheese and butter.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, enhancer, salt and baking powder.

Slowly add it to the liquid ingredients, blending well.

Pour cake mixture. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean.

Add the extracts. Belen well to combine.
