3 sticks of real salted butter (softened)
3 cups sugar
1 8 oz package cream cheese
Dash of salt
2 tsp vanilla
6 large eggs
3 cups cake flour or

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º. Cream butter and sugar. Add cream cheese and beat well. Add salt and vanilla. Add eggs (one at a time) beat well after each addition. With mixer on low speed, add cake flour 1 cup at a time. Coat pan with spray. Bake for 1 1/2 hour or until done.

Allow to cool 5 minutes in pan on wire. Flip over onto rack to continue cooling.
