2 cups Kale Greens (Fresh)
2 cups coconut water
2 cups pineapple
1 cup mango
1 Tbsp coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients in a blender and mix until the kale is completely chopped. Mixture can be stored in refrigerator or 2 days.
Pour 1 cup of mixture into blender with 1/3 cup of ice for a cold smoothie
