2 Lg Eggs
1/2 C Honey
5 C all purpose Flour, divided
1 C scalded Milk, cooled to 100º
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C unsalted Butter, melted ( plus extra)
1 Tbs Yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg bowl, stir eggs,honey,1 C flour, milk, yeast, & salt.
Allow to rest 10 min, until bubbly. Stir in butter & remaining flour, and then knead into a smooth dough. Brush with butter, cover and allow to rise until doubled( 45 min). Form into rolls and place in greased pan. Brush with butter and let rise in a warm place until double in size. Bake 20 min @ 375º or until browned.
Dough can be covered and stored in fridge up to a week.
