1 Stick Butter, plus some for pan
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 pkg Sour Cream
1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
2 C Grated Cheese** 1 1/2 c mixed in and 1/2 c on top**
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Butter a casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients in a lg bowl. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake 45 min. Let cool a little before serving.
