2 1/2 Lb Okra- sm whole pods w/ stems
7 sm Fresh Green Chili Peppers (or canned)
7 Garlic Cloves
2 TBS plus 1 tsp Dill Seed
4 C White Vinegar
1/2 C salt
1/4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place Okra in pint jars. Place one pepper, one garlic clove, tsp dill seed, in each jar.
Bring vinegar , salt, sugar, and 4 cups of water to boil. Pour over okra 1/2 in from top of jar.
Seal lids on jars, place in simmering water in canner. Add enough water to cover jars 1 inch. Bring to rolling boil for 10 min.
