2 slices of bacon, sliced
1 T. flour
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon in skillet until brown. Remove bacon bits to paper towel. Stir flour into bacon fat in skillet. Add next 4 ingredients. Stir until thick. with medium heat. Add beaten egg and cook 2 min. stirring constantly. Add bacon bits. Pour over greens. Mix until coated and serve immediately while warm. Works very well with endive.

One of my favorite recipes growing up. Loved this on curly endive. My mother made this for years.
