5 Russet potatoes, julienned
1/2 large onion, julienned
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 C. water
1/2 C. flour
1/4 C. water
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
2 C. buttered bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix together first 6 ingredients, cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir well and then add next three ingredients.
Stir well and microwave on high 3 more minutes.
Cool slightly.
Shape into 1-2" balls. Roll each ball in buttered bread crumbs and then freeze on cookie sheet. Store in plastic bags until needed.
To serve, put needed amount on paper plate, cover with wax paper and microwave for 3 minutes or until heated through.
