1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup oil

Directions:

Mix it all together.
Bake in greased and floured pan for 1 hr. @ 325º. Let cool before icing - but you already knew that, didn't you?

Icing: (my favorite)
I just mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until I get the right consistency.
Then I drizzle it over the cake.

The icing that came with the recipe:
mix 2 1/2 c. XXX sugar and 6 oz. frozen lemonade (thawed). Poke holes in top of cake and frost while still warm.

This is a very old recipe that I just connected with this year. It's so simple to make and so good to eat .... don't know why I forgot about it all these years.
