4 oxtail joints, large and meaty
1 cup water
6 carrots, peeled and cut up
1 medium cooking onion, cut into wedges
1/2 bell pepper, seeded and trimmed
3 Tablespoons salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper
4 medium red potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oxtail in baking pan. Lay carrots, onions and bell pepper around it. Add salt, black pepper and sprinkle in the Worcestershire Sauce.

Pour in the cup of water, cover with tin foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven. Take tin foil off, add about 4 medium red potatoes, do not recover. Return to oven and cook for about 30 more minutes.
