2 1/2 cups oats
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine
9 cups rhubarb, sliced
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tsps. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, brown sugar, flour and butter and put 1/2 of mixture in baking dish. Place rhubarb over and sprinkle with cinnamon. In saucepan cook water, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla until thickened. Let cool and pour over rhubarb then sprinkle remaining oat mixture over top. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
