1 tbsp. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water
8 cups flour (5 white/3 brown)
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes. In large mixing bowl add flour, salt, sugar and mix. Add yeast set, oil, eggs and water all at once and mix. Knead for 10 minutes. Put on lid and let out air. Let sit for 15 minutes and punch down and knead for 5 minutes. Repeat this process twice. Then put in bowl and let rise until dough doubles in size. Pan buns and let rise until buns are all connected. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Remove from pan onto cooling rack. Brush tops with margarine.
