8 chicken breasts boned and skinned
1 package of chopped beef or 150 grams silvered corned beef or shaved pastrami

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of the greased baking dish with chipped beef. Put chicken breasts on top. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 250 º F to 275 º F degree oven for 3 hours.

I sometimes use boneless skinless chicken thighs. It is important to cook this dish at a very low temperature or the sauce will break. Can use low fat sour cream.
This recipe will serve 8 small eaters or 6 hungry people. It is easy to cut in half or can be reheated.
