1/2 stick of butter melted
4 large eggs beaten
6 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
green onions (3) minced
celery (2) minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. lump crab meat
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup olive oil
Seasoning: salt, pepper, tabasco, cayenne pepper to taste.

In a bowl whisk together the butter, eggs, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, mustard, onion, celery, and cayenne. Then stir in crab and bread crumbs gently. Form 1/2 cup patties and put on a baking sheet. Then place in refrigerator covered to chill for 1 hour or overnight. Sautee in oil using a heavy skillet for 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towel. Serve with sauce of your choice.
