4 Porterhouse pork chops
2 t. olive oil
1 ½ t. chipotle Chile (ground)
1 ½ t. course salt
zest of 1 large orange
2 t. garlic (minced)
1/3 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, chipotle, salt, orange zest and garlic in a small bowl. Spread mixture over both sides of pork using rubber spatula. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Prepare grill to medium-high. Place chops on grill and close lid. Grill over direct heat, turning once, about 4 -5 minutes per side until internal temperate reaches at least 160. During last 2 minutes, brush both sides of chops with honey. Remove from grill and rest 3 minutes.
