4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken
3 medium zucchini (halved length wise & cut into ½” pieces – approx 4 c.)
½ c. red onion
½ c. chicken broth
1 ½ t. Greek Seasoning
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 6” pita bread rounds cut into bite side wedges
1 c. roma tomatoes (chopped)
1 c. crumbled feta
½ c. pitted kalamata olives

Directions:
Preheat oven @ 350° and then in a large bowl combine chicken, zucchini, soup, onion, garlic, broth & 1 t. Greek seasoning. Transfer mixture to 3 qt. baking dish. Coat pita wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle the remaining ½ t. Greek seasoning on pita. Sprinkle pita, tomatoes, cheese & olives on chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes.
